Select your city and preferred event date on the homepage, then click Search. The platform will show you all available venues along with their open shifts - Full Day, Morning, Noon, and Evening - so you can choose what works best for your event.

Venues may offer up to four shift options: Morning, Noon, Evening, and Full Day. Availability depends on the settings configured by the Hall Owner. Only the shifts available on your selected date will be displayed.

Yes, you can book a venue for multiple dates at once. After selecting your venue and preferred shifts, add all your required dates in a single booking. All selected dates and shifts will be shown together in the booking summary before payment.

You can browse and select venues without logging in. When you click the book now button, you’ll be prompted to log in or create a free account. Existing users can log in using their email and password, while new users can register with their name, phone number, email, and password. The registration process takes only a minute.

After logging in, you’ll be redirected to the booking summary page, where you can review all the selected dates, shifts, and venue details. From there, you can proceed with the payment. Your selected booking details will remain saved throughout the process.

We support secure online payments through Razorpay. You can pay using UPI, credit cards, debit cards, net banking, and popular digital wallets. All transactions are protected with secure SSL encryption for safe and reliable payments.

Yes, partial payment is available for venues where the vendor has enabled this option. You can pay an advance amount to confirm your booking and complete the remaining payment before the deadline specified by the vendor. The pending amount and due date will be clearly mentioned in your booking details.

If the remaining balance is not paid within the deadline set by the Hall Owner, your booking may be cancelled according to the venue’s payment policy. To avoid cancellation and secure your booking, we recommend completing the pending payment before the due date.

All your bookings, payment history, and invoices are available in the My Bookings section of your account. You can view the status of your bookings, download invoices, and track pending payments from there.

Yes. Once your payment is completed, an invoice is generated automatically and can be downloaded from the My Bookings section. The invoice includes booking details, shift information, payment breakdown, and transaction ID.

Go to the My Bookings section, select the booking you want to cancel, and click the Cancel button. Cancellation is allowed only within the timeframe and conditions specified in the venue’s cancellation policy, which is shown before booking confirmation.

Refund eligibility and the refund amount depend on the cancellation policy set by the Hall Owner. The applicable refund amount will be shown before you confirm the cancellation. Approved refunds are processed back to your original payment method through Razorpay.

Once a refund is approved, it is initiated through Razorpay and usually reflects in your account within 5-7 business days, depending on your bank or payment method.

If a shift is already booked for your selected date, it will not appear as an available option. You can choose another available shift for the same date or select a different date to check availability.
